Avocado Egg Salad Toast

Ingredients

• ½ avocado, mashed
• 1 Tbsp. Olive Your Heart, Lemon
• 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and chopped
• 1½ Tbsp. red onion, diced
• ½ tsp. jalapeno, minced
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 2 slices whole-grain bread; toasted

Directions

1. Stir together mashed avocado, Olive Your Heart, egg, onion, jalapeno, and salt in a medium bowl.
2. Evenly divide avocado mixture on toasted bread slices.
