Avocado Fruit & Nut Toast

Ingredients

• ¼ cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, apricots)
• 1 Tbsp. unsalted pumpkins seeds
• 1 Tbsp. unsalted cashews, chopped and roasted
• 1 Tbsp. Olive Your Heart, Lemon
• 1 tsp. honey
• ¼ tsp. salt
• ½ avocado, sliced
• 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted

Directions

1. Stir together fruit, seeds, nuts, Olive Your Heart, honey and salt in a medium bowl.
2. Evenly divide avocado slices on toasted bread slices. Top with fruit and nut mixture.
