Green Beans with Almonds & Cranberries

Ingredients

• 1 15-oz. can organic great northern beans, drained and rinsed
• 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 3 Tbsp. + 1 Tbsp. reserved Olive Your Heart, Garlic
• 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp. kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp. white pepper or 3/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

1. Add Olive Your Heart, lemon; soy sauce; and scallions to large sauté pan over low heat.
2. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes.
3. Add pre-cooked green beans, cranberries, salt, and pepper; cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer.
4. Remove from heat. Stir in almonds and serve.
