Poke Style Bowl with Tofu
Basil

Ingredients

• 5 Tbsp. Olive Your Heart, Basil
• 2 tsp. honey
• 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
• ½ tsp. garlic, minced
• ½ tsp. ginger, minced
• ¼ tsp. chili pepper sauce, optional
• ⅓ cup tofu, diced
• 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
• ½ avocado, diced
• ⅓ cup shredded red cabbage
• ⅓ cup cucumber, diced
• 2 radishes, thinly sliced
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

1. Combine Olive Your Heart, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, and pepper sauce in a small bowl. Whisk until combined. Set dressing aside.
2. Place tofu in a small bowl. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the dressing mixture, and toss gently.
3. Place rice in bottom of shallow serving bowl. Place tofu in the center. Arrange the avocado, red cabbage, cucumber, and radishes around the tofu. Sprinkle with scallions and pour reserved dressing over ingredients.
